Whole divisions and locations must be instantly opened up, or closed down, whenever a client changes agency. Ever-tight deadlines mean that systems must always be up and running well. And because of their creative nature IT is often last in line for money, so all of this must be delivered on a shoe-string.

Nexus works with agencies to design and implement affordable storage architectures where the current work-in-progress is always available on high-speed disk, but as soon as it has gone to press or to air then the source files are moved quickly, often automatically, to low cost archive disk. DVDs and tapes are nowhere to be seen -- they do not belong in an agency archive.

Nexus also designs and implements virtual infrastructures (private clouds) that enable agencies to implement rapid but affordable Disaster Recovery, which is increasingly becoming a mandatory requirement for doing business with large accounts.
